SSC Leadership

EVENTS & OPEN PROGRAMMES
Some work begins before an engagement is signed.
SSC Leadership runs a series of open learning experiences in Singapore and Southeast Asia, including complimentary online practice sessions, half-day systemic intelligence labs, and an annual leadership retreat in Bali. Each format is designed for leaders, HR practitioners, and organisational development professionals who want to encounter this work directly before deciding on a longer engagement.
These sessions are designed for leaders and practitioners who want to experience the work directly, before deciding whether to go deeper. Each format offers something real: a live coaching demonstration, a systemic mapping session, a half-day of practice, or an immersive retreat. What you experience here is what the work actually is.

Laser Focused Coaching — Live Practice
Laser Focused Coaching does not wander. It moves toward the root of what is getting in the way — quickly, precisely, and with full respect for the person in the chair. In this session, a volunteer is coached live in front of the group. Observers experience the methodology as it unfolds. Q&A follows.

Introduction to Systemic Intelligence
Some leadership patterns persist not because people lack insight or commitment, but because something in the structure of the system itself is holding them in place. This session introduces Systemic Intelligence through a live demonstration — using a virtual mapping tool to make organisational dynamics visible. Participants take positions within a mapped system and report what they observe: thoughts, resistances, unexpected clarity. A structured diagnostic methodology with a distinct professional lineage.

Leadership Retreat - Intensive
There are questions that do not get answered inside the pace of ordinary work. Not because leaders lack intelligence — but because the conditions for that quality of thinking rarely exist within the organisations they lead.
This retreat creates those conditions. Three days in Bali, with a small group of senior leaders, working at a depth that the normal rhythm of professional life does not permit. Not a workshop. Not a conference. A sustained encounter with what has been shaping how you lead — and what has remained unseen.
The work is immersive, experiential, and cumulative. What each participant takes away depends on what they bring. The retreat does not deliver answers. It creates the conditions for the right questions to finally surface.
This is not for everyone. It is for leaders who are already doing serious work on themselves and their organisations — and who are ready to go where the ordinary pace of work has not yet allowed.

The annual leadership retreat takes place in Bali, Indonesia, three days for a small group of senior leaders working at a depth that organisational life rarely permits. This is not a conference or leadership training programme. It is an immersive facilitated experience, limited to fifteen participants, for leaders who are already engaged in serious leadership development work and want to go further.
Investment covers three days and two nights of accommodation, facilitation, programme materials, and airport transfer. Details are shared during a brief conversation before any commitment is made.
