Reciprocal Coaching with Leksana TH

A Professional Coaching Exchange — By Invitation

If you've been invited to this page, it's because I believe a genuine peer coaching exchange could be valuable for both of us.

I'm Leksana TH — ICF PCC, Newfield Certified Coach, and currently in the final stage of my MCC application, with over 2,000 logged coaching hours. My practice sits at the intersection of executive leadership, systemic thinking, and deep individual development.

Reciprocal coaching is an arrangement I offer to a small number of coaches whose work and professional development I respect: I coach you at the depth I bring to executive clients, and you coach me in return. Both sessions are recorded — yours for my ICF MCC portfolio, mine available to you for your own professional reflection if you choose.

If you're open to a high-quality peer exchange with a senior practitioner on the MCC pathway, I'd be glad to work with you.

THE ARRANGEMENT

How Reciprocal Coaching Works

This is a structured peer arrangement, not an informal chat. Both sessions are treated as full professional coaching engagements.

  • Session Format:
60 minutes per session, via zoom, the link will be provided.

  • The Reciprocal Structure:

    • Book two session in one slot. In the first session, I coach you.

    • In the second, you coach me. Both are treated as complete, independent coaching engagements — not demonstrations or practice runs. We will have 5 minute break.

  • Timing:

    • Ideally, both sessions are completed within two weeks of each other. I'm based in Singapore (SGT, UTC+8).

    • I hold morning slots for Asia-Pacific coaches and evening slots (7–11 PM SGT) for Europe and US coaches.

    • For US East Coast coaches, I occasionally open early morning slots (7–9 AM SGT / 7–9 PM ET).

  • Eligibility:

    • To participate in the full reciprocal arrangement, ICF PCC or above is required to coach me.

    • If you prefer to experience a coaching session without the reciprocal component, ACC level or above is welcome — see FAQ for details.

  • Recording:

    • Both sessions are recorded with mutual consent. The session where I coach you will be recorded for my ICF MCC portfolio — stored securely and seen only by my ICF assessor.

    • It is never shared beyond that purpose. You are equally welcome to record the session where you coach me, for your own professional reflection, supervision, or development use.

ABOUT YOUR COACHING PARTNER

Practitioner Background

I've been coaching since 2010, trained initially in Ontological Coaching under Julio Olalla at Newfield Network — one of the most rigorous practitioner foundations in the field. I hold the Newfield Certified Coach (NCC) credential and earned my ICF PCC in 2017.

My practice has centered on senior leaders and executive teams across Singapore, Indonesia, and Southeast Asia — working with leadership development, individual leadership transitions, and collective team intelligence. I'm certified in the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) and Collective Leadership Assessment (CLA), and trained in Systemic and Family Constellation work through the Feld Institute.

I'm currently in focused coaching mentorship with Marion Franklin as part of my ICF MCC pathway — deepening precision, presence, and what it means to follow the client rather than a methodology.

I offer this reciprocal arrangement to coaches whose development I take seriously. It's a rare opportunity: genuinely high-level coaching on both sides of the chair.

SESSION STRUCTURE

What to Expect in a 60-Minute Session

Candle And Berries

Opening and Orientation
5 - 10 minutes

We establish your focus for the session: what you're bringing, what matters about it, and what a useful outcome would look like for you today.

Inner Clarity Section 2.png

Exploration and Deep Work
20 - 40 minutes

This is the core of the session. We work beneath the surface of the presenting question — exploring the patterns, assumptions, and relational dynamics that shape how the issue holds. The focus is on what becomes possible when those shift, not simply on deciding what to do next. The approach draws on ontological, systemic, and relational coaching frameworks — without leading with methodology.

losing and Integration
5 - 10 minutes

We bring the session to a clear close: what shifted, what you're taking forward, and any observations you want to offer about the coaching itself.

BEFORE WE MEET

What Helps This Work Well

A few practical things that make a real difference in the quality of the session.

  • Your environment
A quiet room, free from interruption. Not a mobile phone — a computer with a reliable microphone and stable internet connection.

  • Your presence
No multitasking. The session works best when you arrive with a real topic, something that has actual weight for you — not a hypothetical or an exercise.

  • Your details
Before or at booking, please share:
your full name, email address, your current ICF credential level (and renewal date), and your LinkedIn profile. This allows me to prepare appropriately and confirm eligibility.

  • The agreement:
Cancellations within 24 hours (outside of genuine emergencies) may affect future booking access. If you need to cancel the second reciprocal slot, please do so within three days of completing the first session.
