What this workshop is about:
Many capable leaders and professionals notice certain patterns that keep returning — procrastination at key moments, self-sabotage, low energy despite strong effort, over-driving, perfectionism, difficulty trusting colleagues, relationship strain at work, or even cycles of burnout.
Often, these patterns do not shift through mindset work or insight alone.
This workshop introduces Systemic Coaching with Constellation, an approach that explores how unseen dynamics within a person’s wider system can quietly influence reactions, emotional weight, decision-making, and behaviour.
In this 90-minute session, you will gain an experiential understanding of why systemic constellation can be a powerful method for working with recurring patterns — especially when traditional coaching feels incomplete.
This session is professional, non-therapeutic, and conducted with clear boundaries and psychological safety.

How the session works (90 minutes)

15 minutes — Introduction to systemic coaching: what it is and what it is not

30–35 minutes — Guided systemic mapping demonstration at an early, contained level

20 minutes — Explanation of what becomes visible and how it applies to leadership patterns

15–20 minutes — Q&A and next steps
Participants may have the opportunity to volunteer for a brief, gentle exploration related to a leadership or personal work pattern.
No confidential details are required to be shared, and the process follows the pace and permission of the participant.
About the Method
Systemic Constellation is a facilitation with respectful sense-making method.
It works by making visible the different internal and relational elements that may be influencing a situation beneath the surface.
The process is:

non-invasive

guided at a pace that matches the participant

focused on understanding rather than forcing change
Many people experience increased clarity, emotional lightness, or a shift in perspective as different parts of their system are acknowledged and brought into a more balanced relationship.
