Join our intimate Coaching Circle Practice where you'll witness masterful coaching in action and practice your skills in a supportive, learning-focused environment. Led by Leksana TH, an experienced PCC-certified coach, these sessions offer you the rare opportunity to observe high-level coaching techniques while developing your own practice.

How It Works

Our Coaching Circle operates on a small-group model designed for maximum learning and participation:

Small Groups: 5-10 participants per circle for personalized attention
Commitment-Based: Participants register for a minimum of 4 sessions to ensure continuity and depth of learning
Expert Mentorship: Each session is guided by Leksana, a PCC-certified coach with extensive experience

What Happens in Each 90-Minute Session

Session Structure

Check-in (5 minutes): Connect with fellow participants and set the learning tone
Q&A Discussion (10 minutes): Explore coaching concepts, techniques, and challenges
Live Coaching Demonstration (60 minutes):
- A volunteer participant brings a real coaching topic
- Group members practice asking coaching questions in the first round
- Leksana demonstrates masterful coaching techniques to completion
Reflection & Feedback (15 minutes): Debrief the session with insights and learning observations
