What is excluded or forgotten in a family system will always seek to return. Healing begins when we acknowledge what has been hidden.

Systemic Coaching & Constellations reveals the hidden dynamics shaping individuals and organizations. It goes beyond surface symptoms to expose the unconscious patterns, loyalties, and exclusions that influence behavior and outcomes.

For individuals, it uncovers how family legacies or unprocessed emotions create recurring challenges. In organizations, it illuminates disconnects between:

  • Vision & execution

  • Stated values & actual behaviors

  • Goals & available resources

Through spatial mapping (using people or objects), this method makes invisible forces tangible. You'll see:

  • Where energy gets stuck between intention and action

  • What the system has excluded or forgotten

  • How to restore natural flow and alignment

The result? Breakthroughs that feel less like forced change and more like the system rebalancing itself. Whether addressing personal growth or organizational transformation, this approach creates lasting change by working with - not against - the deeper intelligence of systems.

In the space of a constellation, we unleash the energy of truth—truth that connects us to our roots and to each other. This connection becomes a resource, guiding us toward healing

and wholeness.

How Does the Process Work?

The process of Family Constellation is gentle, respectful, and carefully guided by a trained facilitator. Participants are never asked to share deeply personal details or anything that feels uncomfortable. The explorer simply introduces their issue in broad terms, and the facilitator supports the arrangement of the constellation using representatives. From there, the process unfolds organically, often revealing unexpected insights and emotional shifts. Participants retain full control over their level of involvement and may pause or step back at any time. Throughout the session, confidentiality and respect are upheld, creating a safe and nurturing space for exploration.

Setting and Group Size

A 3-hour Family Constellations session works best with 8 to 20 participants. This size allows for meaningful engagement while maintaining a safe and intimate atmosphere.

The venue should be a quiet, well-ventilated room, preferably with windows to allow natural light and airflow. If possible, choose a space with access to a garden or outdoor area for grounding exercises before the session. These elements help create a calming environment, enhancing the overall experience.

Family Constellation is a transformative journey that invites you to explore the unseen forces shaping your life. Whether you seek healing, clarity, or personal growth, this process offers a unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself and your relationships in a profound way. Join us and discover what lies beneath the surface.

The Heart Behind Family Constellations

Leksana at Statur_edited.jpg

The Journey

My journey with Family Constellations began in 2015, during a profound session in Perth. As I stood in a circle of facilitators, I felt an unexpected connection to my lineage—a deep awareness of the generational trauma carried by my ancestors. Stories of war, displacement, and the struggle to belong surfaced, revealing how these unconscious patterns had shaped my own life. I saw how my strengths, as well as my tendencies to seek safety and refuge, were woven into this larger tapestry. It was a moment of deep insight and healing, one that awakened me to the transformative power of this work.

That experience inspired me to study Family Constellation formally, learning from first-generation students of Bert Hellinger. Over the years, I’ve integrated this approach into my coaching, team development, and organizational transformation work. What I’ve witnessed has been nothing short of remarkable. Whether guiding a client through a personal crisis or helping an organization break through stagnation, the process unfolds with a natural flow, often revealing solutions that feel both effortless and profound. The space created during constellations opens a field of wisdom and healing that transcends conventional methods.
