Twenty-five years ago, I made a decision that would not only change my own life but shape my calling to guide organizational leaders through their most profound shifts. This is the journey that led me to become a pathfinder for those ready to discover new ways of leading.

My Purpose

My path to organizational transformation began when I made the bold decision to leave corporate life behind. Facing the leap from corporate certainty to entrepreneurship with growing family responsibilities, I recognized that my demanding corporate role was professionally rewarding but left me searching for something deeper - a way to bridge who I was becoming as a person with who I wanted to be as a father and human being. More importantly, I witnessed firsthand the need for more systemic approaches when working with the human side of organizations.

Looking back over twenty-five years, this was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life. I remain deeply grateful for the teachers and mentors who introduced me to embodied leadership work and systemic change methodologies. They guided me through my own U process journey, helping me move from purely rational problem-solving to embracing experiential wisdom and the patient work of deep transformation. Witnessing how these methods could shift everything, I knew I was called to become a pathfinder for other leaders facing similar crossroads.

This is my lifelong commitment: to serve as an organizational transformation specialist and leadership pathfinder. I support executive teams ready to deepen their capacity for wisdom, meaningful connection, and lasting impact through intensive, immersive journeys that complement conventional development. Our work explores the systemic foundations that create thriving organizations — nurturing spaces where trust deepens, awareness grows naturally, and energy flows toward sustainable growth.

I believe transformation happens when we honor both business excellence and human understanding. My role is to open new paths for organizations ready to explore new pathways, especially when navigating today's evolving workplace dynamics. Through experiential methodologies that are best discovered directly, I walk alongside leadership teams as they step into their potential as forces for positive change.
