His work encompasses designing and delivering top team re-alignments within Southeast Asia's private, business group, and governmental organizations.
Organizational transformation, leadership development, executive coaching, leadership communications, and peak performance programs are among his areas of expertise.He has undertaken various executive coaching assignments at the senior leadership levels of multinational and private regional companies.
His knowledge of the cultural context and challenges in Southeast Asia enables him to facilitate change effectively at both mindset and behavioral levels.
Leksana TH is an Newfield certified coach, a PCC credentialed by ICF, and a CTT consultant certified by Barrett Values Centre. He began his career as a senior executive in a global life insurance firm and a senior consultant of strategic services in a global consulting firm. He obtained his MBA from Warwick Business School in the UK.
