Strategic Solution Center (SSC) was established in 2000 with a vision to become an anchor in facilitation and development of Asia Pacific leaders in their journey for self growth, organizational health and performance.
For the last sixteen years, SSC has been facilitating leaders in mindset alignments and developing new leadership capabilities. Through systemic and modular programs in assessment, coaching, leadership training and action learning, SSC has been intsrumental in facilitating leadership growth.

Our Belief in Developing Leaders
The essence of leadership development is growing the whole person as a leader oh himself and others. This means helping them to connect with their core values and truly living with them as the guide.
Leadership development is about an ongoing journey to discover and develop our purposeful inner capabilities to make a more positive contribution to the world around us. Leksana has been engaged in organization and people development for the past twenty years. He has a wide range of experience in facilitating organization change and leadership development. He has deep exposures of designing and delivering top team alignment within Southeast Asia private, conglomerate, and government organizations. He is currently based in Jakarta and Singapore.
His expertise encompassed organization transformation, leadership development, executive coaching, leadership communications and peak performance programs. He has undertaken various executive coaching assignments at senior leadership level of multinationals and private regional companies.
His knowledge of the South East Asia culture and challenges enables him to facilitate effectively the change at mindset and behavioral levels. Leksana TH is an NCC (Newfield Network USA), PCC ICF certified professional coach and CTT consultant certified from Barrett Values Centre .
His early career was with a global life insurance as a senior executive and with a global consulting firm as senior consultant of strategic services. He obtained his MBA from Warwick Business School in the UK.
