Leadership | Coaching | Organization
In the future, values-driven leaders who are aligned with and support the goals of society will naturally rise to the top because they will be the most successful leaders.
"The central issue is never strategy, structure, culture, or systems. The core of the matter is always about
changing the behavior of people.”
After our transformation journey with SSC, we have experienced profound positive changes in the way we think and act collectively.

The transformation program has opened the heart, mind, and will
of our leaders. They are now able to address challenges with renewed synchronicity in their intentions, attention, and actions.
In addition, our leaders have picked up the important values of care, collaboration and trust in order to become more present
in their field of work.
More self-awareness, stronger teamwork
and seamless coordination.
Those are the big shifts experienced by our leaders
after going through their coaching sessions.

Strategic Solution Center
The Strategic Solution Center (SSC) was founded in 2000 with the goal of becoming an anchor in the facilitation and development of Asia-Pacific leaders on their journey to organizational performance and growth.
For the last twenty years, SSC has been facilitating leaders and organisations on their transformational journey. Our systemic and modular programs in coaching, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness have helped clients enhance their organizational performance and health.
Our work is supported by the world's most updated, tried-and-tested frameworks and approaches. They originate from various sources and disciplines of world-class experts in human behaviour, culture change, neuroscience, organisation systems, psychology, and quantum physics, to name a few.
Our Belief in Developing Leaders
The essence of leadership development is growing the whole person as a leader for himself and others. This means helping them to connect with their core values and embodying these as their guiding principles.
Leadership development is an ongoing journey to discover and develop our inner capabilities with the purpose of making a more positive contribution to the world around us. Bill George, former Chairman and CEO of Medtronic, shares this view: "As leaders, the more we can unleash our whole capabilities: mind, body, and spirit, the more value we can create within and outside of our organizations."
To exercise true leadership, we must accept responsibility in our personal and social environments. We need to be equally vigilant about the "I" and the "We" of great leadership. Hence, our programs are carefully designed to have more long-lasting effects in the enrichment of the individual's mindset so that their organization can transform fully.
We now accept the fact that learning is a lifelong process of keeping abreast of change. And the most pressing task is to teach people how to learn.
