His work encompasses designing and delivering top team re-alignments within Southeast Asia's private, conglomerate, and governmental organisations. He is currently based in Jakarta and Singapore.
His expertise comprises of organisation transformation, leadership development, executive coaching, leadership communications and peak performance programs. He has undertaken various executive coaching assignments at the senior leadership level of multinational and private regional companies.
His knowledge of the the cultural context and challenges in South East Asia enables him to facilitate change effectively at both mindset and behavioral levels.
Leksana TH is an NCC (Newfield Network USA), PCC ICF certified professional coach and CTT consultant certified from Barrett Values Centre. In his early career, he worked as a senior executive in a global life insurance firm and as a senior consultant of strategic services in a global consulting firm. He obtained his MBA from Warwick Business School in the UK.
